Die Fixierung der trochanteren Brüche mit runden elastischen Condylennägeln

Zusammenfassung

Beschreibung einer neuen Technik der Osteosynthese trochanterer Frakturen. Mittels drei runden elastischen Condylennägeln wird der Bruch vom medialen Oberschenkelcondyl her ohne Eröffnung der Bruchstelle fixiert. Nach bisherigen Erfahrungen kann man bei der Mehrzahl dieser Brüche auf diese Weise eine frühzeitige Belastungsstabilität erreichen.

Summary

This is the description of a new technique of osteosynthesis in trochanteric fractures. Three round, elastic condylar nails are used to fix the fracture; the approach is from the medial femoral condyle and it is not necessary to open the seat of the fracture. In accordance with the experiences obtained thus so far, the majority of these fractures can be managed in this way and early stability under load is achieved.
