Zusammenfassung

Die Arthrographie der Schulter kann bei der Abklärung posttraumatischer Funktionsstörungen, insbesondere bei der Rotatorenmanschettenruptur, der Capsulitis adhaesiva und der Ruptur der Sehne des langen Bizepskopfes wertvolle Hilfe leisten. Auf die Technik der Arthrographie und die Interpretation des normalen und pathologischen Arthrogramms wird eingegangen und eigene Ergebnisse bei 44 Schulterarthrographien werden diskutiert.

Abstract

The arthrography of the shoulder joint is of great value in the diagnosis of impaired function of the joint after trauma, especially after ruptures of the musculo-tendineous cuff, lesions of the biceps tendon and capsulitis adhesiva. The technic is outlined and the interpretation of normal and pathological arthrograms is discussed. Own experiences with 44 arthrographies are reported.
