Summary
The fifth patient with anorectal giant condyloma of Buschke and Loewenstein is reported. Review of the world literature is presented with a summary of previous case reports.
The malignant behavior of giant condyloma is emphasized. Successful local extirpation without abdominoperineal resection can be performed when indicated.
