A presacral developmental cyst in a man: Report of a case

Summary

This is the twenty-first case of a presacral developmental cyst in a male encountered and the eighth documented case reported. Acute urinary retention led to the discovery of a large mass in the presacral space by rectal examination. The cyst was removed surgically using the abdominal route.
