Ultrafast superconductor digital electronics: RSFQ technology roadmap

Abstract

This paper gives a brief review of the Rapid Single-Flux-Quantum (RSFQ) logic family which leads the race toward practical ultrafast superconductor digital electronics, with an attempt to sketch a “roadmap” for the RSFQ technology and compare it to the renowned National Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors.
