Intertrochantere Aufrichtungsosteotomien ohne Knochenkeilentnahme mit gleichzeitiger Lateralisation des distalen Fragments und dadurch möglicher Beinverlängerung.

Kompressionsosteosynthese mit 95°-Kondylenplatte.
