Operationsprinzip
Verwendet wird eine Sechs-Loch-Kompressionsplatte für 3,5-mm-Schrauben, die vor der Osteotomie (mit je zwei exzentrisch gebohrten Schraubenlöchern proximal und distal der künftigen Osteotomiestelle) vorläufig angepaßt wird. Nach der Osteotomie mit Entnahme eines Schaftsegmentes kann der Osteotomiespalt unter Ausnutzung des Kompressionseffektes der Platte ohne Rotationsfehlstellung sicher geschlossen werden. Gleichzeitige segmentale Resektion des Nervus interosseus dorsalis.
