A further note on Kiritani and Nakasuji's model for stage-frequency data including comments on the use of Tukey's jackknife technique for estimating variances

  • Published:
Researches on Population Ecology

Summary

Some general equations for stage-frequency estimation are presented and their applications discussed.Tukey's (1958) jackknife technique is suggested for the calculation of the approximate variances associated with estimators of population parameters.
