Operationsprinzip
Entnahme eines freien Sehnentransplantates aus dem oberflächlichen Blatt der Quadrizepssehne mit Knochenblock aus der Basis patellae zum Bandersatz. Der Knochenblock an dem einen Ende des Transplantates wird in einer entsprechenden Aussparung der Patella mit Knochenklammern fixiert. Das freie Ende des Sehnentransplantates wird unter der angehobenen Tuberositas tibiae mit einer sogenannten Flachkopfschraube fixiert. Die normale Länge des Ligamentum patellae wird wiederhergestellt.
