A new rust species ofRoestelia onSorbus collected in China

Abstract

A rust species ofRoestelia onSorbus collected in China is newly described asR. echinulata. This species is morphologically different from the otherRoestelia spp. and aecial stages ofGymnosporangium species in surface structures of aeciospores and peridial cells.
