III.-Stimulation of nucleic-acid synthesis in plateau phase cells

Summary

It has been shown that the maximum stimulation of the nucleic-acid synthesis rate in plateau phase cells can be observed 4 to 6 hours after their irradiation by light with λ=620 and 760 nm with doses of 100 and 800 J/m2. In the action spectra of light on the synthesis intensity of DNA and RNA ((580⋎900) nm) with an optimal dose of 100 J/m2 there are 4 stimulation maxima with wave-lengths of about 620, 670, 760 and 830 nm.

Si è mostrato che la stimolazione massima del valore di sintesi degli acidi nucleici in cellule in fase di plateau può essere osservata da 4 a 6 ore dopo l’irradizione con luce di λ=620 nm e 760 nm con dosi di 100 J/m2 e 800 J/m2., Negli spettri di azione della luce sull’intensità di sintesi di DNA e RNA ((580⋎900) nm) con dose ottimale di 100 J/m2 ci sono 4 massimi di stimolazione con lunghezze d’onda di circa 620, 670, 760 e 830 nm.

Показано, что максимальная стимуляция скорости синтеза нуклеиновых кислот в покоящихся клетках наблюдается через (4⋎6) часов после облучения светом с λ=620 и 760 им при дозах 100 и 800 Дж/м2. В спектрах действия света на интенсивность синтеза ДНК и РНК ((580⋎900) нм) при оптимальной дозе 100 Дж/м2 имеется 4 максимума стимуляции с длинами волн около 620, 670, 760 и 830 нм.
