Cystoplastik mit homologen und heterologen Harnblasentransplantaten

Summary

Reconstruction of a normal bladder after subtotal cystectomy by using homologous- and heterologous bladder-grafts is possible. It is a technical easy procedure and immunologic problems are not observed, although, immuno-suppressive drugs were not given. Similar the transplantation of blood-vessels and sinews the bladder-transplant is acting as a bridge for the regeneration from the remnant part of the bladder. This new procedure was used in the first time in a human with excellent result.

Zusammenfassung

Im Tierexperiment wurden Harnblasenhomo- und-heterotransplantate zum partiellen Blasenersatz nach subtotaler Cystektomie verwendet. Die nicht an das Gefäßsystem angeschlossenen Transplantate heilen, obwohl keine immuno-suppressiven Substanzen gegeben wurden, ein und dienen der vom Blasenrest ausgehenden Organregeneration als Leitschiene. Die funktionellen Resultate waren in einem hohen Prozentsatz gut, so daß erstmalig mit sehr gutem Ergebnis eine Heterotransplantation (Schweinsblase) am Menschen durchgeführt wurde.
