Abstract
Peculiarities of SiO2-induced granulomas in the liver and subcutaneous fat were studied in C57B1/6, CBA/Lac, BALB/c, C57BR, and C3H/F mice. Infiltrative and fibrogenic responses were interrelated and strain-specific primarily due to various intensities of myelopoiesis.
