Zusammenfassung

Das Serumkonzentrationsverhalten von hPL, Östriol und Östetrol im Schwangerschaftsverlauf wachstumsretardierter Feten wurde untersucht. Hierbei erfolgte die Gruppierung der Wachstumsretardierung nach folgenden Kriterien: Gruppe A: Gewicht<2950 g,>10. Perzentile, 28.–42. SSW; Gruppe B: Gewicht<2950 g>2500 g,<10. Perzentile, 37.–42. SSW, Gruppe C: Gewicht <2500 g,<10. Perzentile, 37.–42. SSW. hPL zeigt in dieser Untersuchung lediglich in der Gruppe C gehäuft niedrige Serumkonzentrationen. Diese Konstellation liegt ebenfalls beim Östriol vor. Östetrol weist kein dem Östriol analoges Konzentrationsverhalten auf. Weitere Untersuchungen sind erforderlich, um mütterliche Serumkonzentrationen in Hinblick auf fetale Gefahrenzustände interpretieren zu können.
