Mammasonographische Darstellung und Bewertung von Mikrokalzifikationen

Zusammenfassung

Die vorliegende Arbeit sollte klären, inwieweit Real-Time-Sonographie bei der Abklärung von radiologisch entdeckten Mikrokalzifikationen einen Beitrag leisten kann. In 62% der Fälle ist den Mikrokalzifikationen ein sonographisches Korrelat zuzuordnen. In 82% ist dieses Korrelat an einen sonographischen Herdbefund gebunden, dessen Anwesenheit die sonographische Dignitätsprognose bestimmt. Die zusätzliche sonographische Beurteilung suspekter mammasonographischer Mikrokalkbefunde erbringt derzeit keine Reduktion von bioptischen Abklärungen, sie kann jedoch im Rahmen der Operationsplanung bei bestimmten Konstellationen hilfreich sein. Die präoperative Nadelmarkierung klinisch okkulter Befunde im Röntgenbild ist bei sonographischer Darstellbarkeit erheblich schneller und sicherer durchführbar.
