Pregnancy in a patient with fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma

Abstract

Pregancy in a patient with hepatocellular carcinoma is rare. Fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma is a distinct clinicopathologic variant with a better prognosis. We report such a case in which pregnancy was apparently not deleterious.
