Zusammenfassung
Die endständige N-Methyl-Gruppe von 1-Methyl-C14-2-p-(isopropylcarbamoyl)benzylhydrazin-Hydrochlorid (MBH) (Ro 4-6467) erwies sich in In-vivo-Experimenten metabolisch labil, wird teilweise oxydiert und Bestandteil des Formiatpools.
