A huge gastric diverticulum

Summary

A case is presented in which a huge gastric diverticulum produced symptoms of epigastric burning and postprandial regurgitation. Surgical resection relieved the patient's symptoms. A review of the literature reveals that this diverticulum is one of the largest reported.
