Summary
A 15-month-old boy developed monoblastic leukemia. Two-dimensional echocardiogram revealed two echolucent masses on the epicardial border of the right ventricle which were suspected to be leukemic infiltrates. This was confirmed at autopsy. The echocardiographic findings are discussed.
