Choledochoduodenal fistulas complicating duodenal ulcer

Summary

Four patients with spontaneous internal biliary fistulas of the choledocho-duodenal type due to duodenal ulcer are presented. A review of the literature and a commentary on the symptomatology and treatment are made.
