Description et affinités de deux nouveaux genres d'amitermitinæ (Isoptera, Termitidæ)

Résumé

Description dePseudhamitermes khmerensis, n. gen. n. sp., en provenance du Cambodge, et d'Eburnitermes grassei n. gen. n. sp., récolté en Côte d'Ivoire.Pseudhamitermes se place au voisinage d'Amitermes et surtoutAhamitermes, mais certains caractères (tube digestif) suggèrent des affinités avec la sous-famille des Termitinæ. —Eburnitermes paraît proche d'Eurytermes. Il allie des caractères primitifs et évolués; son tube digestif tend à le rapprocher des Apicotermitinæ.

Summary

Pseudhamitermes khmerensis n. gen. n. sp. from Cambodia, andEburnitermes grassei n. gen. n. sp., from Ivory Coast, are described.Pseudhamitermes seems related toAmitermes and mainly toAhamitermes, but certain characters (digestive tract) suggest some relationship with the sub-family Termitinæ.Eburnitermes seems related toEurytermes, with both primitive and evolved characters; its digestive tract presents some analogies with Apicotermitinæ.
