Abstract
The paper discusses the problem of a biometeorological norm as the “tolerance interval of the human organism to weather stimuli”. The methodical approach is based on the normal distribution of variables. In this study thermal sensation (Effective Temperature) and daily numbers of traffic accidents were correlated. The results confirm the weak stimulus effect of meteorological conditions when they lie within the normal ±0.0 to ±1.5 standard deviation range.
