Zusammenfassung

Vorläufige Fraktionierung an Dextran-Gel Sephadex G-25 (Pharmacia, Uppsala) ergab eine Trennung des Proteaseinhibitors aus Kartoffeln in die einzelnen Komponenten, die neben der eigentlichen entzündungshemmenden Aktivität noch Antitrypsin- bzw. Antichymotrypsin-, Antiplasmin- und ausgeprägte Hämagglutinierungsaktivität aufwiesen.
