Zusammenfassung

Es wird die Synthese des Laktons (III) von Glykokoll-L-leucyl-L-prolin (IV) beschrieben. Spektroskopische Untersuchungen zeigen, dass das Lakton (III) eine durch Säure katalysierte transannulare Reaktion unter Bildung des Cyclol-Peptid-Derivats (II) durchläuft.
