Résumé

La méthode d'électrophorèse sur papier filtre décrite parGrassmann, Hannig etKnedel nous permet de fractionner de très petites quantitées d'albumine de 0,4 à 1 mg. Il est possible de déterminer les différentes fractions d'albumine et de globulines contenues dans l'humeur aqueuse de cas pathologiques chez l'homme où la teneur en albumine est légèrementaugmentée. Dans l'humeur aqueuse normale l'albumine ne peut être démontrée par électrophorèse qu'après condensation.
