Résumé

Réactions histochimiques et enzymatiques, l'action positive du facteur diffuseur deDuran-Reynalds montrent que dans les espaces intercellulaires du système nerveux central des vertébrés existent des substances mucopolysaccharides. La glie (Virchow) est constituée par une substance amorphe mucopolysaccharide et par la texture glio-vasculaire.
