Zusammenfassung
Reserpin bewirkte an den Zellen der Substantia nigra der Maus Verschwinden der Katecholamin-haltigen Granula und Anschwellen des endoplasmatischen Retikulums. Das Hauptmerkmal von normalen Kontrollzellen bildeten elektronenoptisch dichte Körper im Cytoplasma.
