Zusammenfassung

Es wird über die Synthese des cyclo-Decapeptides 7α, in welchem alle Dab-Reste diel-Konfiguration aufweisen, berichtet. Dieses erwies sich als identisch mit natürlichem Polymyxin B1 (Figur 2).
