Zusammenfassung

Nach Fixierung durch Glutaraldehyddurchströmung und Behandlung mit OsO4 bei 60°C während 30 min erhält man im Rattenhirn elektronendichte Niederschläge innerhalb der kleinen synaptischen Vesikel. Amin-Entleerungsversuche und autoradiographische Untersuchungen haben gezeigt, dass diese Niederschläge nicht mit dem Katecholamingehalt des Gehirns zusammenhängen.
