Zusammenfassung

Es wird über 5 Fälle von Aspergillusnachweis im Resektionspräparat berichtet. Hierbei handelt es sich dreimal um typische Aspergillome und in zwei weiteren Fällen um den Nachweis von Aspergillus fumigatus in bronchiektatischen Hohlräumen, die keine Verbindung mehr zum Bronchialbaum aufwiesen.
