Zusammenfassung

Herz und Magenmuskulatur des Frosches verlieren in halb-isotoner Rohrzuckerlösung innert 1 h alles Natrium. Trotzdem bleibt die spontane Kontraktilität erhalten. Natrium ist also für die Erregbarkeit dieser Muskeln nicht Voraussetzung.
