Zusammenfassung

Racemisches Dihydrochinin und die beiden optischen Antipoden zeigen die gleiche Aktivität gegenPlasmodium berghei wie Chinin. Hingegen waren die entsprechenden Dihydrochinidine sowie die 6′-Desmethoxy-7′-chlor-Analogen von Dihydrochinin und Dihydrochinidin etwa viermal wirksamer.
