Zusammenfassung

Isolierte Schwänze vonXenopus-larven lassen sich in Holtfreterlösung + 0.05% Sulfothiazol mindestens einen Monat am Leben erhalten. Sie bilden trotz Abwesenheit des Blutkreislaufes ein kleines, heteropolares Regenerat, in welchem Chorda und Neuralrohr, nicht aber die Muskulatur, typische Differenzierungsleistungen zeigen.
