Zusammenfassung

Mit Hilfe von 2-Br-α-Ergokryptin (CB 154) konnte bei intakten weiblichen Ratten mit normalem Zyklus gezeigt werden, dass Hemmung der Prolactinsekretion die Lyse der corpora lutea ovulationis verhindert.
