Zusammenfassung

Eine isotopische Methode zur Bestimmung der DβH-Aktivität wird beschrieben. Die Methode wurde verwendet zur Bestimmung der DβH-Aktivität im menschlichen Serum und in verschiedenen Organen der Ratte. Das sympatische Nervensystem des Menschens kann mit dieser Methode weiter erforscht werden.
