Zusammenfassung
Zur Extraktion von Plastidenpigmenten erwies sich ein Gemisch von Azeton, Diäthyläther, Methanol und Petroläther im Verhältnis 1 : 1 : 1 : 1 den meisten Lösungsmitteln als überlegen. Bei Geweben mit hohem Wassergehalt war Methanol vorzuziehen.

Plastid pigments were extracted by a mixture of acetone, diethyl ether, methanol and petroleum ether (1 : 1 : 1 : 1) better than in other solvents. With tissues containing much water methanol was to prefer.
