Abstract

The authors describe a spectrographic method for the determination of zinc in solid matter. This method may be used to determine semiquantitatively the zincontent of prostatic tissue. It has been found by this method that the ash from neo. plastic prostatic tissue contained less zinc than that from adenomatous prostatic tissuec.
