S. 95) beschreibt den Fall eines 20 jährigen Mannes mit weissen Haaren, aber brauner Iris; die albinotische Beschaffenheit des Fundus, der Nystagmus und die mangelhafte Sehschärfe veranlassten Müller, diesen Fall als Albino aufzufassen und die richtige Vermutung auszusprechen, dass die retinale Schicht nicht genügend pigmentiert sei. Die Durchleuchtung der Iris war zu jener Zeit noch nicht bekannt.
