Simultaneous effect of two inhibitors on the first ignition limit of hydrogen

Abstract

The simultaneous action of two inhibitors (methylamine-ethylamine and ethylamine-propylamine) on the first ignition limit of the hydrogen-oxygen mixture shows that the synergism of inhibition does not result from a chemical interaction of the inhibitors, but is due to the character of functional dependence of the first ignition limit on the inhibitor concentration.

Abstract

На примере одновременного воздействия пар ингибиторов (метиламин-этиламин и этиламин-пропиламин) на первый предел самовоспламенения водород-кислородной смеси показано, что синергизм ингибирования не обусловлен химическим взаимодействием ингибиторов, а является следствием характера функциональной зависимости значения первого предела воспламенения от концентрации ингибиторов.
