Development in time-differential in-beam Mössbauer spectroscopy

Abstract

An overview of results on static and dynamic properties of single Fe atoms implanted into Si, Ge and ZnS as investigated with in-beam Mössbauer spectroscopy (IBMS) is given. The potential and limitations of the method are discussed.
