Abstract
The morphological, cultural and physiological characteristics of a thermophilic eumycete isolated from soil, showing strong lipase and protease activities, are described. The lipolytic and proteolytic crude enzyme preparations, recovered from submerged culture liquids, show considerable thermostability and optimum of activity at alkaline pH.
