Zusammenfassung
Mit einer neuen Methodik wurden 1. der periphere Blutdruck, 2. der Druck in einer Coronararterie und 3. der Coronardurchfluß gemessen.
Es wurde eine erhebliche Abhängigkeit der Coronardurchblutung vom arteriellen Blutdruck festgestellt.
Der Druck in der Coronararterie und der periphere arterielle Blutdruck zeigen identischen Verlauf.
