Enzymaktivitäten in der Leber bei akuter experimenteller Hypokaliämie

Zusammenfassung

Eine akute Senkung des Plasmakaliums mittels der extrakorporalen Dialyse hatte bei acht Hunden im hypokaliämischen Zustand einen statistisch signifikanten Anstieg von Glucose-6-phosphatase, Fructose-1-6-diphosphat-Aldolase, Glutamat-oxalacetat-Transaminase und Glutamat-pyruvat-Transaminase sowie einen signifikanten Abfall der Glucose-6-phosphat-Dehydrogenase zur Folge.
