Summary
Autoradiographic studies using3H-uridine in the ovary ofHydrophilus olivaceus Fabr. show that nurse cells, the germinal vesicle and follicular nuclei play an important role in contributing RNA whereby the major portion of RNA comes from the nurse cells.
