Zusammenfassung

Im folgenden Beitrag wird der Versuch unternommen, den Begriff „heuristisches Lösungsverfahren“ zu präzisieren. Es werden drei konstituierende und drei akzessorische Merkmale herausgearbeitet. Schließlich werden einige ausgewählte heuristische Verfahren auf ihre charakteristischen Eigenschaften hin untersucht.

Summary

It is the purpose of this paper to define the term ‘heuristic method’. Three necessary and three supplementary criteria are proposed. Finally some selected heuristic methods are described and analysed.
