Zur Toxikologie einiger Chlorderivate des Methans und Äthans

Zusammenfassung

Von den untersuchten Verbindungen rufen Chloroform und Tetrachlormethan Leberverfettung hervor. Dichlormethan, Äthylendichlorid, Äthylidenchlorid und Hexachloräthan ändern den Fettgehalt der Leber nicht.

Die Versuche habe ich auf Veranlassung von Herrn Prof. G. Joachimoglu ausgeführt. Einen Teil der Kosten der Untersuchung trug, durch das freundliche Entgegenkommen des Herrn Prof. P. Trendelenburg, das Pharmakologische Institut. Beiden Herren spreche ich meinen besten Dank aus.
