Inseln adulter Wistarratten wurden auf Glasfaservlies auf Metallgitter unter den Bedingungen der Organkultur gezüchtet und der Einfluss der Inselzahl unter basalen und stimulierten Bedingungen auf die Insulinsekretion in 24 h-Perioden während der Kultivierung untersucht.
