Zusammenfassung
Es wird über methodische Erfahrungen berichtet, die bei quantitativen Nucleinsäurebestimmungen an Eiweißpräparaten ausEpilobium-Blättern gemacht wurden. Bei kritischer Überprüfung bekannter Bestimmungsmethoden wurden Fehlerquellen aufgedeckt, die besonders bei UV-Absorptionsmessungen (E 260 ) auftreten und zu erheblichen Irrtümern führen können. Auf Grund dieser Feststellungen und eigener Untersuchungen wird ein Analysenschema vorgeschlagen, bei dem der Versuch unternommen wurde, verschiedene Bestimmungsmethoden sinnvoll miteinander zu verknüpfen
