Der Übergang des Äthylalkohols in den Parotisspeichel beim Menschen

Zusammenfassung

Mit einer Anzahl Versuche an Menschen ist gezeigt worden, daß der Äthylalkohol in dem Parotisspeichel in höherer Konzentration als in dem Blute auftritt und sogar in einer Konzentration, die nach eingetretenem Diffusionsgleichgewicht mit den für das Blutplasma angegebenen übereinstimmt. Der Alkohol scheint also durch einfache Diffusion in den Speichel überzugehen.
