Durch Noradrenalin ausgelöste Vasokonstriktion am perfundierten Kaninchenohr ist begleitet von der Freisetzung eines PGE-ähnlichen Stoffs, welcher für die Entwicklung der akuten Toleranz gegenüber der vasokonstriktorischen Wirkung von Noradrenalin verantwortlich ist.
